Indications

Dr. Scholl's Pain Relief Orthotics for Heavy Duty Support for men over 200 pounds who suffer from foot & leg fatigue and lower back pain from being on their feet.

Directions

InstrYour shoe’s current insoles may be removeable, if they are take them out FIRST. Place the removeable insoles against the back of your Dr. Scholl’s® insole and trim to match the old insole size. If your shoes’ insoles aren’t removeable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide found on the bottom of your insole near the toes. Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side UP. Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe. Recommend replacing insoles every six (6) months or at first sign of wear. uctions for use: Wipe inside of shoe clean, remove plastic backing ; Look for marking to indicate left versus right insole ; insert into appropriate show, lining up heal with back of shoe ; replace after 6month or at the first signs of wear.

He doesn’t have wide feet but these work in a D regular width shoe just fine. He has excellent Merrell Vego Boots but everybody knows you always have to buy better insoles for shoes and boots. He tried several different ones, not cheap ones but they were not much help. I purchased these at a great price and they are specific for 200 pounds or over so I ordered them. They are easy to cut to size, they are full length and have a special pad for your heel which helps. I was hesitant spending this much on insoles. I have never had insoles last too long, or help with hip and back pain. So many insoles promise so much, but lack the delivery. I am so pleased I got these. Whilst they are no magical cure for pain, they do really help. They support the foot, and heal so well. You feel a slight bounce when walking, but not like on spring but more like a pillow under your foot. Simple to cut to size, as with any insoles I always recommend cutting them one size larger, then trim if needed. These are awkward to place inside the shoe, as the rubber coating really grips the inner shoe, so you will need to wrestle with it a bit. It's worth it.
