Purchased these 3/4 arch supports in my suggested size. I have high arches and custom inserts, which cost a fortune, but they only fit in shoes made for Frankenstein. I have purchased dozens of similar products over the years. Some are ok until they break down. Others make my shoes too tight. Still others require three to obtain any arch support at all. While I personally would love these to be a bit higher in the arch - I know I am likely an exception. That said, these are marvelous. Perfection really. These fit in all my shoes/boots, provide stable support, cannot be felt under foot, are easy to remove, are easy to clean, do not damage my footwear, do not change the size of my footwear, and do not slip around during use. I did not need the double stick provided. Excellent item. Thank you!

I have very high arches & when I put insoles in... it makes the instep of my shoes so tight. I really like that these have the heel hollowed out. I prefer a low heel drop, plus it keeps my shoe fit similar. There is decent arch support and a bit of metatarsal support too. They don't slide around and fit in most of my shoes. They are not cushy, which isn't something I prefer, but others might.... so, mentioning it. Overall, a versatile and supportive insole that's comfortable and low profile.

These worked ok in my shoes, but they do need to be worn with socks as sensitive feet might rub on the edges. I do appreciate the ability to move them to different shoes as needed, but some of mine were too snug with the inserts and socks to be able to use them. It did relieve some of my pain from intermittent PF, though I still have some pain from the L side peroneal tendon, possibly from compensating. I will continue to use these in some of my shoes, until I can get a more custom option after being evaluated by a pedorthist. I like that they are easy to wash periodically with soap and water. I also liked the IEKAT arch supports very much, though they were unisex and a little wide for small female feet, and not washable...

These little inserts are amazing. I’m not sure how they work as they are entirely different from any other inserts. I have been practically disabled with plantar fasciitis and these work the best. They work in most shoes as they hug your arch and they don’t move. I can work and walk for the work day. Try and see if something this simple will work for you.

before you order these take a good measurement of your foot.
I had to return mind they were was too small for me.

Comfortable and lightweight.
I really like the heel wrap design of these insoles, and I like to lean back next to my heel twice with my shoe while wearing them to make the insole fit my foot better. It's easy to wear. I walked all day they remained in their original position. Good arch support and very comfortable!

Like a few other reviews , I had one heal that was not comfortable at all and had to quit using them but they do offer great arch support, actually better in that regard than others I have tried.
