I've used these for about 3 weeks now, 8 miles a day 5 days a week and I honestly can't tell if these are beneficial or not -- they don't feel like inserts in the traditional sense, they're not soft at all.

The positive is my feet done hurt, could be the new shoes or the inserts so it deserves credit where credit is due. If you're looking for a super firm inserts, this may be something for you but I prefer a squishy more bouncy insole.
