I'm a bartender at a high volume waterfront restaurant. I'm on my feet 8 to 10 hours per day on average. I previously used Dr. Scholl's gel work insoles until I bought these superfeet greens. There is no comparison, for someone with high arches the support & comfort level of the greens is unmatched, even after hours of standing. I highly recommend these to all my fellow service industry workers.Side note: I also bought the Superfeet orange, love them too, they are similar to the greens but have a much softer foam on the front of your foot. I prefer the greens overall for long term comfort. Hope that helps.Update 12/23/19:I still love my superfeet greens! Since my original review I've started using them for more than just my work shoes, now I have greens in my basketball, running, and any other shoes I wear regularly.I would like to mention that if you don't have high arches the greens are NOT going to feel good on your feet, I believe superfeet blue give you the same level of comfort for lower arches. I should also add that my girlfriend is a nurse and she uses superfeet pink in her work shoes.One other thing, about a year ago my girlfriend and I started wearing knee high compression socks in combination with our superfeet insoles and it has been a real game-changer. We experience hardly any foot fatigue or pain even after long hours of standing. I highly recommend at least trying them out. They even help prevent and treat varicose veins. I hope this is helpful.
