If you have wide feet and have high arches, you’re feet sting after all day walking, and when you relax your feet it hurts these are for you. I’ve tried leading brands especially the “Doctor S” Brand and these are better in many ways. There’s more cushion in the heel, which you can feel, and the sole size is true to size. Also the arch support is better than other brands. I’ve been wearing these for 3 days now and I work a trade, man my feet haven’t felt better in a long time. Don’t think too much in buying these, trust me these are worth it.

I got the size 13 for a men's Puma shoe size 13. Took out the original sole insert and the VALSOLE insert fit perfectly. It covered the entire footbed as though it were made specifically for the shoe. It is much more padded than the original insert and is comfortable. My only complaint is that the arch support part is not rigid at all and fell after a few days use. At first, the arch support was perfect and I could feel it supporting my foot. Now, it has fallen considerably and I can't feel it supporting my foot.

Took out my old ones and tried one of my old and one of the new. It felt amazing. My arch is really high and my old insoles were the gel type and I will only buy these again after this. My heels constantly hurt because all My weight would be on them alll day long! My heels felt better immediately!!

Won't stop foot popping out of shoes

When I put them in my shoes, no matter which ones, my heel pops out of the shoe when I walk. These are too high in the heel. Sadly I will have to buy tall backed runners in order to use them. They seem comfortable and do what they should but....you need ankle high shoes to use them.
